Clients of the Dunes are expected to pay their bills, not walk off with equipment, and not wreck the facilities. As a reminder to the small number of clients who have found these requirements difficult to live with, we post a note below the calendars with the hope that some type of settlement will eventually occur. Calendar traffic is heavy and anyone with a reasonable concern for their personal reputation would be wise to tidy up their accounts.
We are closed Saturdays during the day, but notice the evening slot. Sunday time slots are 9:30am and 2:00pm. The RM noise bylaw prohibits any activity after 6:00pm on Sundays and Stat holidays, so recreational paintball isn't an option on Sunday evenings!
* Ben Peters (306-351-1553): with regard to the last minute cancel on August 7, we have been unable to verify the death of your grandmother. With regard to your booking of August 23, no one showed up or notified us of a cancel. With regard to your credit card, we get a "void purchase - hold card" notice when we try to run the charges you have incurred. We expect $200 to be paid and any future bookings will require a large and immediate deposit.
* Nelson Ethier owes at least $74 which he has promised to pay several times, but has yet to get around to doing.
* Lakota Sandy, after several promises, has yet to pay off the remainder of his bill incurred at the Wild Aces outing on May 27.
* Gary Stoppler of Conquest has never got around to settling up for his $104.50 bad cheque from the August 10th laser outing.
* Brian Evenson and his Coverall Group stood us up (didn't show & didn't call) on the afternoon of November 18 and we have yet to get payment of the agreed on $100 booking deposit.
Several former Dunes clients owe money for walking out without paying or failing to pay for damage they caused and agreed to pay for. These bills have been outstanding for a long period of time. The home location was accurate at the time the charge was incurred.
