Spring Bookings
If groups wish to cancel because of the late snow, we understand, however, things may not be as bad as you think!

We have a heated supply kiosk/lounge, considerable shelter and radiant heaters in the Safe Zone, and very sandy soil that doesn't pick up when it is wet.  The Safe Zone has a steel fire pit with lots of wood available.  We operate all winter and the worst spring conditions are tame compared to what we see during winter events (and winter events go fabulously!).

It is our experience that once groups get on site, that they NEVER leave unhappy.  We know how to make the equipment work and adrenalin seems to blank out wet feet and chilly hands. The normal overheating problems still occur but are helped by the cool weather!  We have never had a group quit playing due to weather and we have seen groups play through a combination of rain and snow with no indication of discomfort!

One real problem with spring bookings is that it is often impossible to reschedule in that we usually book up so solidly at this time of year.

Have your players wear footwear that will keep their feet dry.  Watch for entry route signs that may direct you to the parking lot via a route that is less effected by moisture.  Parents/watchers dress warmly and perhaps pack a beer or two so you can sit in the heated kiosk/lounge and chat while you watch the kids battle outside the paintball proof glass!

There are few paintball fields anywhere that can operate in wintery conditions.  You will be experiencing a unique event that will be remembered for years!

Summer Events and Rain
Amazingly we seldom see event cancellations due to rain and we have never had a group quit due to rain once an event has started.  And we have had many groups play through heavy rain, even at night.  Our location is very sandy and mud and puddles are a non-issue.  There is lots of rain cover in the Safe Zone and supply kiosk.  We use thermal masks during rain to reduce fogging.  We are experienced at keeping the guns running reliably under wet conditions.  So long as you have some Spirit, we know how to make the event HAPPEN!
Impact of Weather - less than you might think
