When it gets cold enough that we have to start using Frostbite Snowflake ammo, we raise the cost per player by $3.00 over the summer rate.
Winter groups are much more expensive to look after due to heating and cleaning and ammo and mask costs; thus the price premium.
The winter premium doesn't begin until November 16 unless we have to start using Frostbite ammo earlier than this date.
The winter charge is dropped as of March 12, 2010.
