We have two 7 acre fields - link that are totally separate from each other but each field provides the same Merrill Dunes experience. Your group will never be exposed to the players on the other field. 

Your group will be looked after by staff, who deal with you exclusively throughout the duration of your event.

The benefit of a private booking is that you decide who you will be playing with and against.  Therefore, everyone will leave with an unforgettable positive experience.

Reminders for private bookings:

-Need to be booked in a months advance.

-Need to provide a default deposit.

-Group size minimum.

-You may cancel your booking up to two weeks prior to the event with no penalty. ***As a business, we need to reserve the field and have staff in place, so if a group books and then backs out, it is costly for us and we have to pass some of that cost on to the client who requested that we reserve and staff a specific time slot.

Rates for private bookings, for both paintball and laser are listed, based on the number of players attending and on the length of the event.  If you do not meet the player minimum for your event, you will incur a penalty on your group rate.  But if you compare the penalty price per player with our competitors’ prices, you will notice that we still offer a far better deal to go along with your experience.
