Often the snow is gone by the beginning of April. It was in 2022 and 2023 but in 2024 and 2025 we were unable to go until
April 15. You are free to book but be sure to have a plan B if weather doesn't cooperate.
During February and March we can do mobile indoor events and if the snow goes early we may be able to do outdoor events towards the end of March. The Dunes fields are on sandy soil so mud and puddles are non-issues. Wading through snow, though, is not desirable!
